ABOUT YCAL
The Yemeni Community Association London (YCA) is a community based organisation that seeks to represent and meet the particular needs of the YCA in and around London. Providing; educational and recreational services and events.
Supporting community members on available services, support and also by acting as a link between the community and various service providers. Providing a safe place for members and their families to socialise
Promoting the culture, traditions and history of Yemen.
The objectives of the Yemeni Community Association London are to:
(a) Promote the welfare of the Yemenis’ in Greater London and primarily the members of the Yemeni Community Association in accordance with the Equality Act.
(b) The Yemeni Community Association London is an independent organisation and has no affiliation or objects of either a party political or religious denominational nature and prohibits any form of discrimination against any members of the association.
(c) Promote recreational activities, social interaction and inclusion, personal development and PHSE (Personal health and social education) for all its members.
(d) To establish and secure a community center that will be available to YCA London members, for the purpose of supporting, advising, providing activities and education and the day to day management of the YCA.
(e)Promoting holistic wellbeing and cultural identity, celebration and the education of the culture, history and traditions of Yemen, to both the YCA members and non-members.
OUR MISSION
The Yemeni Community Association London (YCA) mission is to work with the Greater London Local Authorities and other statutory and non-statutory organisations in a common effort to promote the goals, vision and objectives of the YCA London.

Our vision for the Yemeni community in London is to be help Yemenis living in London and to succeed in achieving its mission.
We want to raise the profile of the Yemeni community as a vibrant, cohesive community contributing positively to the social, economic and cultural life of London.
